I. Scope of Our Privacy Policy
This Policy covers the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by PSS from all customers, candidates, employees and other persons or businesses that disclose personal information to PSS. This Policy applies to every affiliated enterprise, web site and branch office of PSS in each jurisdiction in which PSS operates.

II. Nature of Personal Information Collected
The personal information referred to in this Privacy Policy includes any information personal to an identifiable individual, but does not extend to publicly available information such as the person’s business title or business contact information. The following items are representative of the nature of the personal information collected by PSS to provide recruitment services to our clients:

III. What is the Purpose of Our Collection of Personal Information?
PSS collects personal information to effectively allow us to serve our clients, assist candidates to obtain suitable employment, and to improve the management and development of our organization and business operations. By collecting and maintaining a database of different types of personal information in respect of individuals and businesses with whom we interact, PSS will have the capacity to be an industry leader in responding to the dynamic demands of clients, market trends, media and public relations activities and other activities impacting our business. For example, PSS will use the personal information of a candidate to determine the person’s suitability for an employment position. Some basic personal information, such as name, address and contact information is essential for PSS to communicate with individuals. Preferences such as a primary business or residential telephone number or e-mail address represent personal information that allows PSS to provide customized client and recruitment services.

IV. Use of Personal Information
PSS uses the personal information it obtains to establish, maintain and manage relationships. PSS may, but is not obligated to, use the personal information provided to inform clients and candidates of services offered by PSS, including delivery of information promoting PSS services. PSS reserves the right to use personal information where necessary to protect PSS and/or its clients against fraud, theft, mistake and damage to the goods and property of PSS and/or its clients. PSS may include the personal information it collects in any bulk sale of its business or other sale of assets made to a third party. PSS agrees to comply with applicable law and regulatory requirements pertaining to the use and sale of personal information. PSS shall be entitled to collect, use or disclose personal information without a person’s express knowledge or consent only if permitted or required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

V. Website and Electronic Data
PSS may use a web server that collects information about the computer and/or the individual that visits our website, including the IP address and domain used to access the PSS site, the type and version of the visitor’s browser, the link or website used to gain access to the site, and the various website pages viewed by the IP address of the visitor. Candidates that apply for a position on our website are deemed to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of the candidate’s personal information for the purposes and in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.
